Mission

The mission of ICAS DP UA is “Pearl River Guide”.

It was in the Pearl River Delta, on the basis of the historically most influential and significant portals of China’s contacts with the West, that the worldview of the author of the project was formed through authentic practice, who spent 4 years there while learning valuable and fateful lessons.

Only one delta of this River accounts for almost 60% of the turnover of goods and services between China and Western countries. It is from there that what the Chinese call Western Civilization flows into the dragon’s lair, transforming into modern China.

“Pearl River Guide” means that all the movements of the dragon boat passengers must necessarily end in a deal, the result of which will be the symbolic mining of pearls. And this, in turn, will lead enterprises and business circles to prosperity, well-being and balanced relations.

This mission will continue as long as the Pearl River flows. And everyone who has been there will certainly return home unscathed and in the prime of life.
