ICAS DP UA is an international Project and Center that promotes the expansion of opportunities and results of scientific and technical cooperation and trade diplomacy with the countries of the Chinese-speaking continuum. This is a collegiately associated portfolio of innovative modulatory programs that apply the conclusions of modern fundamental sinology of different countries in practice.

The center’s work is based on the cultivation of three leading spherical areas of program work:

Expert diplomatic level against the background of relations with the world public and mass media. Based on objective scientific conclusions regarding the course of development and progress of Chinese civilization along with other civilizations, the Center provides assessments in the context of trends and phenomena of international diplomacy involving China and the current foreign policy and foreign economic course of China and Taiwan for Western partners.

The scientific and technical level against the background of the development and support of programs for the development of modern technologies and knowledge. The Center supports the implementation of current programs of technological development for the world’s leading industries of general household infrastructure with the aim of improving the living standards of the population of Western partners through deepening work with China.

Business level against the background of highlighting the paradigms and practices of modern Chinese business with clear cultural specificity. The Center optimizes the work of business clients by supporting the negotiation process with China and consulting on business administration practices in the Chinese business environment, focused on a specific market segment. The discovery and development of the Chinese vector of cooperation, the construction of effective models of administration and marketing are priorities for the development of relations with customers.

The Center actively supports collegial and associate relations in various partner countries and acts as an organizer, sponsor and participant of landmark international events, round tables and practical conferences, publishing the results of its own programmatic research for familiarization and information of the general audience in an accessible format.
